The Triangle Brass Band opens their 2023-2024 season with a program about Light and Stars! From the exciting fanfare “Ad Astra” by Jacob Vilhelm Larsen to the “Thunder and Lightning Polka” by Johann Strauss and Selections from “Star Trek Into Darkness,” there will be something for everyone. Our Guest Soloist is Joanna Ross Hersey on Tuba with a brand new piece written for her by local composer Matthew Parunak.
